4 fugitives wanted with links to Mansfield, Columbus, Cleveland and Toledo | New
MANSFIELD – Four men who have been wanted for several weeks are on this week’s list of most wanted suspects, compiled by the North Ohio Violent Fugitives Task Force in the Richland County Division.
Tyrone Moses, 33, is 6 feet, 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for a probation violation on an original disability weapons charge. It has ties to the Mansfield and Cleveland areas.
Jahdiel Oyola, 19, is 5 feet 4 inches, 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for mishandling a firearm in a motor vehicle. Authorities say he has ties to the Lorain and Columbus areas.
James Davis, 45, is 5 feet 10 inches, 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for probation violation for domestic violence. Officials say he has ties to the Mansfield and Toledo areas.
Michael Cochran Jr., 40, is 5 feet 7 inches, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for domestic violence. Officials say Cochran has ties to the Mansfield area.
