CHICAGO – September 17, 2021 – Temple of the Ray joined Associated Bank as Senior Vice President and Head of Asset Backed Lending, Commercial Bank. He is responsible for working with internal and external partners to create and structure asset-based loans that deliver significant value to clients. Additionally, Temple will be responsible for driving the strategy that aligns with the bank’s credit and growth goals.

Temple brings over 25 years of banking experience to Associated Bank. Previously, he worked at Chemical Bank (TCF Bank by acquisition). He also held various management positions during his 13 years at PNC Bank. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. He also obtained his chartered accountant’s certificate in 2001.

Doug McClure joined Associated Bank as Senior Vice President and Team Leader, Commercial Banking. He is responsible for developing new relationships with clients and helping recruit talent in Chicago.

McClure brings nearly 15 years of banking experience to Associated Bank. Previously, he was a manager and team leader at BMO Harris Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Davidson College. In the community, he sits on the Shedd Aquarium Auxiliary Board and currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the Executive Committee.

Daniel (Danny) Salazar joined Associated Bank as senior vice president and relationship manager, commercial banking. He is responsible for driving new relationships with clients in Illinois and neighboring Chicago markets.

Salazar brings over 18 years of banking experience to Associated Bank. Previously he was with First Midwest Bank for his entire career, most recently as a vice president in their mid-market banking group. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Western Illinois University. In the community, he volunteers with WITS (Working in Schools), Chicago Cares and American Youth Soccer Organization.

Temple, McClure and Salazar are based at 525 W. Monroe in Chicago.

Christophe (Chris) Hamilton joined Associated Bank as Senior Vice President and Team Leader, Commercial Banking. He is responsible for helping recruit talent and develop and retain customer relationships in Southeastern Wisconsin.

Hamilton brings over 18 years of banking experience to Associated Bank. Previously, he was senior vice president of commercial banking services at US Bank. Previously, he was Vice President of BMO Harris / M&I Bank where he started his career in personal banking and then joined the commercial banking team as a relationship manager. He received his MBA from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Arts from UW – Stevens Point. In the community, he is active in the Salvation Army and serves on the Milwaukee County Advisory Board. He previously served on the Emerging Leaders Council of United Way of Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha County and was a member of the Board of Directors of Feeding America.

Hamilton is based at 330 E. Kilbourn Ave. in Milwaukee.
