Kurt Neeper and Superior Financial Solutions honored

LIMA — Kurt Neeper of Superior Financial Solutions, LLC received a Lending Luminary Award from PROGRESS in Lending, a national trade association.

Neeper was awarded for its work on electronic mortgage closings. Keeping the homebuyer experience as convenient and simple as possible was the impetus behind Neeper and Superior’s push for eClosings. Through his perseverance, Superior became the first credit union in Ohio to provide a true end-to-end electronic closing solution to its borrowers.

“Because of advances in technology and recent changes to Ohio’s revised code, I knew we could get to a place where borrowers could get a mortgage without all the paperwork and, if necessary, without even going into a branch or law firm to sign,” said Neeper, President of Superior Financial Solutions. “My staff has invested a lot of time and energy into making the closing process faster and easier for our borrowers. The pandemic and accompanying closings – during a peak mortgage cycle no less – have only further exacerbated our belief in the need to be able to close loans electronically, remotely and securely.
