WATCH: Larry Fleet Drops ‘Where I Find God’ Duet With Morgan Wallen

Larry Fleet just released the live rendition of “Where I Find God” with the 2022 CMA Entertainer of the Year nominee Morgan Wallen.

While touring with Wallen, the rising country star not only opened the show each night, but he also joined the East Tennessee native onstage in the middle of his headliner to perform a duet from his single, “Where I Find God”. ”

Filmed at the PPL Center in Allentown, Pennsylvania during Wallen’s Dangerous Tour, the clip features Fleet and Wallen performing the fan-favorite song from Fleet’s debut project, Stack of records. The duo performed the melody under the glow of a spotlight with minimal production as Fleet strummed his acoustic guitar.

“From a bar stool to that Evinrude / Sunday morning on a pew / In a deer stand or a hay field / Highway to Nashville / In a Chevy with the windows down / Me and him just in rolling yeah sometimes / Whether I’m looking for it or not / That’s where I find God,” the Big Loud label mates sing on the chorus.

“We find God at our own pace and in our own places…for me it’s in a deer stand and a field of hay and peach, usually when I’m out and alone, but that particular night in Eastern Pennsylvania, it’s was like a whole room of people found it,” Fleet shared of the collaborative performance, which you can watch above.

Fleet co-wrote the power song with Connie Harrington and after hearing how many fans were connected to the song on the Dangerous Tour and beyond, Fleet and Wallen knew they had to release their version of the song together.

“Writing this song was a blessing, and being able to sing it in front of so many people and perform it with Morgan Wallen every night on The Dangerous Tour was amazing,” Fleet added. “I hear people talking daily about what this song means to them, and so after talking it over with Morgan, we wanted to share our version together.”

On Fleet’s last day on the Dangerous Tour, he shared a cover of Wallen’s “Sand In My Boots,” as part of his cover series, titled The Soundcheck Sessions.

“Last day for me and the band on the #dangeroustour with @morganwallen so it makes sense to cover a bit #sandinmyboots this week for #thesoundchecksessions,” he captioned the clip at the time.

Fleet will soon hit the road for its first-ever headlining trek, dubbed the One For The Road Tour, which kicks off September 15 in Omaha, Nebraska and features support from Nate Smith, Tyler Booth and Megan Moroney.

The trek, presented by Black Buffalo, will visit 18 cities across the country, with stops at the Gramercy Theater in New York, Joe’s on Weed in Chicago and a local show at Chattanooga’s The Signal.

“It was amazing playing to sold out houses every night, and being able to announce my own headlining tour is a blessing,” Fleet said in a press release. “I can’t wait to hit the road this fall traveling across the country doing what I love, and I hope everyone can join in the fun. Thanks to Nate, Tyler and Megan for lending their talents to the tour and adding to the shows.
